3. Order Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation Before Production
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests must be sent to merch3d.support@gmail.com within this time window.
- A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted for non-custom items.
3.2 Cancellation After Production Starts
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- This applies to both customized and non-customized items.
4. Returns Policy
We accept returns for both customized and ready-made products only under specific conditions.
4.1 Return Window
- Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
4.2 Valid Reasons for Return
- Damaged item received
- Wrong item received
- Missing parts
Returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike, size issues, or usage-related wear are not accepted.
4.3 Product Condition
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Any used, altered, or damaged items (not caused during shipping) will be rejected.
5. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
5.1 Reporting Timeline
- Issues must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery.
5.2 Mandatory Proof
- Clear unboxing video
- Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
Claims without proper proof will be rejected.
5.3 Resolution Method
- Resolution may be provided as replacement or refund, based on product availability and internal review.
- The final decision rests with Merch3D.
6. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
- We do not provide reverse pickup services.
- Customers must self-ship the product to the address provided by our support team.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
7.2 Refund Mode
- Refunds will be issued via original payment method, or store credit / wallet.
- The mode of refund will be decided by Merch3D.
7.3 Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping fees
- Handling or processing charges
- Any applied discounts or promotional benefits
8. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address provided, customer unavailable, or order refusal, no refund and no reshipment will be provided.
9. Final Authority & Acceptance Clause
All decisions taken by Merch3D regarding cancellation, return, replacement, and refund requests are final and binding.
