2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • Order processing and production time depends on the product type:
  • Ready-made products: Typically processed within 1-3 business days
  • Made-to-order / customized products: Processing time varies based on complexity and order volume

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

4. Shipping Method & Courier Partners

  • Orders are shipped using trusted third-party courier and logistics partners.
  • Courier partner selection is at the sole discretion of Merch3D.

We do not guarantee delivery by a specific courier service.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • Typical delivery timelines within India:
  • Metro cities: 3-7 business days
  • Non-metro / remote locations: 5-10 business days

Delays may occur due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or incorrect/incomplete address details.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

7. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared via email once the order is dispatched.
  • Tracking updates are provided by the courier partner and may take time to reflect.

8. Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, no refund and no reshipment will be provided.

9. Damaged Packages During Transit

  • Any damage must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video and clear photos of the product and packaging are mandatory.
  • Claims without proof will not be accepted.

Resolution (replacement or refund) will be decided by Merch3D.
