All products displayed are subject to availability. Product images are for representation purposes only; slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur due to the nature of 3D printing and manufacturing processes.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as displayed at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
• Merch3D reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at its discretion.
• Order cancellations are governed strictly by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship only within India.
• Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics, production time, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Merch3D is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

All return, refund, and replacement requests are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

• Requests must be raised only via email
• Unboxing video and photographic proof may be required
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Final approval rests solely with Merch3D

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on merch3d.com, including text, graphics, logos, designs, images, and software, is the property of Merch3D / SPADE INC.
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. User-Provided Designs & Content

• You confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use them
• You grant Merch3D a limited license to process, manufacture, and fulfill your order
• Merch3D is not responsible for copyright violations arising from user-submitted content

10. Limitation of Liability

• Merch3D shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order
• Merch3D is not responsible for misuse of products after delivery

11. Account & Website Usage

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to breach site security or interfere with operations
• Upload malicious code or false information

Merch3D reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without notice if misuse is detected.

12. Force Majeure

• Transport disruptions
• Technical failures

Merch3D shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

14. Modifications to Terms

Merch3D reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Final Authority Clause
